Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund before it has been dispatched. After it has been shipped, please wait for it to be delivered and then initiate the return process.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Most items in their original state can be returned within 30 business days following delivery.
- Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and provide details regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
- Once you receive our return instructions, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Return the item(s) according to the provided directions. We will supply you with the return address and shipping details once your return request is authorized. (Please note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted).
- Generally, we process most returns within 5 business days after receiving your package.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Return Charges
If the return is a result of our error (such as incorrect or faulty products), we will issue a full refund.
If the return is based on buyer preference (like dissatisfaction with the product or ordering the wrong size), a full refund will still be provided.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
